Stjern Avenue (WIP)

I may release it early, but I've run into the problem of having a lot of extra room on the map and so I'm not sure if people will bicker about that or not. The main area of course is in the pictures shown so I'm hoping (if released early) that everyone will spend their time there.

It's sort of a like a backstreet alley bar in a way for all the "bad dogs" in town.
Anyways Hope people will be looking forward to it. 
I'm hoping it's lag free as well. I haven't had any problems so far with lag. So I'm keeping my paws crossed.
